Bestway announces a series of senior leadership appointments
Bestway Wholesale has announced a series of senior leadership appointments as the business looks ahead to its next phase of growth
Dawood Pervez has been appointed Chairman of Bestway Wholesale Limited, with Naser Khan appointed Managing Director of Bestway Wholesale Limited. Both Pervez and Khan have dedicated more than two decades of service to Bestway and bring extensive experience across wholesale, retail, trading, finance, operations and strategic business development.
The appointments form part of a wider evolution of Bestway’s leadership structure, and reflect the company’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capability, supporting long-term growth and ensuring the business remains well placed to respond to the evolving needs of independent retailers, caterers, suppliers and colleagues.

Bestway has also confirmed a number of further senior leadership appointments across its Trading, Sales, Retail and Corporate functions, further strengthening the executive leadership team and creating greater alignment across the business.
Dan Lewis has been appointed Sales Director, with responsibility for leading Bestway Wholesale’s national sales operation and strengthening customer engagement across independent retail and wholesale.
Zahir Fazaldin has been recognised as Property & Logistics Director, with responsibility for Bestway’s estate portfolio, property development, logistics strategy, sustainability and environmental efficiency.
Adina Bejenaru has been recognised as IT Director, continuing to lead Bestway’s technology strategy, digital infrastructure, cyber security, systems integration and business continuity.
Together, these appointments complement the existing executive leadership team, creating a strengthened leadership structure to support Bestway’s next phase of growth.
