Young’s, the supplier of seafood to the foodservice industry, is now offering its Battered and Breaded Premier Fillets in sizes ranging from small to jumbo.
Re-launching this month, the premier fillets will provide caterers with a product that is available in sizes, small, medium, large, extra large and jumbo.
Young’s claims the new range boasts its best ever batter, specially re-formulated to make the coated fillets crispier with a light texture.
To help caterers ensure they meet consumer preference for easier to eat fish, the cod is skinless as well as boneless.
Peter Milsted, director of Young’s Foodservice, said: “The re-launch of our premier fillets strengthens the existing range and brings caterers an even greater option for their menus, tailored to satisfy consumer demands.
