Seafood supplier Young’s has extended its 150-strong range to introduce four seafood products.
The products comprise Young’s Scottish Smoked Salmon and Dill Mousse Terrine, Young’s Smoked Haddock Gratin Ramekins, Young’s Lemon and Pepper Crumb Topped Scottish Salmon Fillets and Young’s Poached and Smoked Lemon and Pepper Scottish Salmon Fillets.
The products are designed to offer a varied menu with a variety of seafood dishes.
Peter Milsted, director of Young’s Foodservice, said: “With consumer demand growing for the lighter taste of fish we’re always looking for new and exciting recipe ideas to bring to the table. We developed these products with this in mind.”
