Young’s has introduced Young’s Jumbo Battered Cod Fillets to its Young’s Chip Shop for Chefs range.
The range is skinless and boneless and made from 100% prime cod, haddock or Alaska Pollock fillets.
The range can be fried, grilled or oven baked. It is designed to offer versatility for every type of catering outlet, from the pub channel to the cost sector.
