Look What We Found has expanded its professional range of almost-ready meals with Julie Hall’s Salmon in a Creamy Pesto Sauce and Clotilde Prost’s French Farmhouse inspired Chicken Chasseur
Although the meals do not contain any preservatives or artificial flavours, they do not require refrigeration and have a shelf life of up to one year.
The dishes have been created following slow food principles and each dish is hand prepared by a professional chef using ingredients specially selected for their quality and taste.
Julie Hall, the chef who created the salmon dish, said: “The dishes are a caterer’s dream. They come in measured portion pouches which can be easily stored for months and served in minutes when required.”
