Traiteur de Paris has introduced its Spring-Summer 2012 collection and highlighted is caf eacute; gourmand (coffee served with a selection of mini desserts).
The concept is dessert and coffee served together, enabling customers to save time and indulge their sweet tooth.
The moelleux au chocolate (chocolate fondant cake) in a mini version is available in a range of flavours: Pecan amp; Carrot, Brownie-style and Caramel amp; Banana. It is joined by other treats including the tarte tatin aux pommes (warm apple and caramel tart) the cannel eacute; (custard cake with caramelised crust) the Kouing-Amann (an all-butter Breton speciality) and the rum baba.
