Traiteur de Paris introduces new starter and buffet frozen lines

Traiteur de Paris has added new lines to its range of frozen products.

The Salmon Fromage Frais Tartar with dill is designed to be fresh and summery. It has a spinach base with ricotta and goat cheese, covered in salmon tartar.

Home made touches can be added to the dish, which needs only to be thawed and removed from the mould.

Another new product is the Pick-Up-Stick in Dried Apricots, Marinated Goats Cheese Gingerbread, and Dry-Cured-Ham, Mozzarella Confit Tomatoes.

The Pick-Up-Sticks are packaged as a 40-piece assortment and the bamboo skewers are designed to give them a sophisticated and trendy look. They can be used as buffet pieces acting as time savers for chefs.
