Seafood Flavours has been launched to produce portion controlled sauce-coated seafoods in a variety of flavours.
The new company will be targeting pub chains, hotel groups, fast food sector, retailers and supermarkets.
Seafood Flavours has also developed a standard product range of sauce-coated, battered and breaded prawns, including sauce-coated garlic and herb, battered garlic and cracked-black pepper and breaded Cajun Creole.
The prawns are individually coated and frozen, enabling the user to take them straight from the freezer in their required portion size. The sauce-coated prawns can be pan fired, microwaved or oven baked from frozen.
