Seabay has launched Mini Fish in two variants, battered and breaded.
Mini Fish is targeted at catering and foodservice operations through wholesalers and distributors. It is prepared using mini fillets cut from a white fish fillet and then coated in either batter or breadcrumbs.
It can be used as a starter, part of a combo platter or a children’s meal. It can be cooked from frozen and can be oven baked, deep and shallow fried or grilled.
Seabay commercial director John Grey said: “We have taken into account demands for quality products which offer versatility, particularly in terms of cooking methods and menu options. This is just the first in an exciting range of new lines we have in development.”
