Schöller Ice Cream adds to offering

Schöller Ice Cream has extended its range of premium quality Christophe Delmotte patisserie.

The Pear Croissant contains pears and almond cream filling, on a crispy croissant base, while the Plum Crumble variety includes fresh fruit and almond cream.

Other new specialities include Vanilla Rhubarb Dome – a coconut base with vanilla barvaroise containing a colourful and tangy centre of rhubarb and redcurrant coulis, plus Fromage Blanc Caramel, a light and creamy fromage mousse on a biscuit base topped with golden caramel.

Mike Godwin, managing director for Schöller Ice Cream, explained: “Danish pastries are a little passé now, while these original pastries from Delmotte provide caterers with a fresh alternative to offer customers. In addition, individual portion desserts like these reduce labour and wastage.”
