Premier Foods is launching a range of premium, ready-to-use coulis and compotes from Hartley’s.
The range is designed to inspire chefs to create unique menu solutions and add something extra to every day dishes. Hartley’s Coulis are available in Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Forest Fruits and Mango, and contain up to 83% fruit.
The 300g bottles have two dispensing solutions, a decorating nozzle and a non-drip cap for pouring.
Hartley’s Compotes are available in Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Forest Fruits and Peach, and have up to 60% fruit. They are available in a 1kg wide-neck bottle for easy decanting.
Sarah Fordy, channel marketing manager of Premier Foods, said: “Our research shows that chefs are demanding a range of high quality vibrant coulis, with packaging that’s fit for purpose.”
Hartley’s Coulis are available in a 2x300g twin pack and the Hartley’s Compotes are available in a case of 4x1kg.
