Premier Foods’ Smash brand has been re-launched with a more natural, healthy recipe.
According to Premier Foods, Smash is the number one consumer brand with a 72% share of the pound;15.1m instant potato mix market.
The Smash recipe contains no artificial colours, no artificial flavours, low salt and added vitamin C.
Smash can be used as a hot or cold mix making it convenient to use in meals within the foodservice environment. Foodservice Smash is available in cases of 6x2kg.
