MRC is targeting butchers, foodservice and catering establishments with its Flava sauce.
The sauce is available in curry flavour and forms the basis of a new Flava sauce range, which is being developed.
The new selection will build on the company’s range of glazes, sauces, seasoning, marinades and coatings.
Flava ready-to-use sauce is added to pork, beef, lamb or poultry before cooking to add a depth of flavour to the finished product.
MRC marketing manager Julie Nyunt said: “Flava sauce could not be easier to use and it gives a great result every time. For both consumers – via butchers – and the foodservice and catering sectors, this is an ideal product, giving great taste combined with total convenience.”
