Lyons Seafood is launching a range of products for the Christmas menu.
The range includes Smoked Salmon Asparagus Timbales, Salmon Canap eacute;s and Prawn Sun-Dried Tomato Terrine.
The 70g timbales are packaged in trays of 12, with 16x840g cases available. The terrine is available in individual 120g portion sizes and sold as cases of 48. Canap eacute;s are 150g per portion with 12x600g cases.
Paul Murray, foodservice director for Lyons Seafoods, said: “Seafood stimulates the appetite making it ideal as a starter or as hors d’oeuvres to complement a seasonal glass of champagne or white wine. All three new products require minimal handling but make a statement on the plate – in fact, the hand-finished nature of the canap eacute;s suggest they’ve been prepared only moments prior to serving.”
