Creative Foods, the manufacturing business of Brakes, has developed a range of four main courses and two desserts with Annabel Karmel.
Karmel, an author on nutrition and cooking for babies, children and families, and manufacturer of the Eat Fussy range of healthy ready meals, is now launching a range of children’s meals suitable for restaurants and pubs.
Karmel said: “Giving children a healthy meal in a restaurant that tastes good and is of a high quality is most important. If the child does not like the taste of the food, the parents will not return to that restaurant with the child.
“My recipes are all tested on children and are guaranteed to tempt even the fussiest of eaters. My menu gives children the type of food they like to eat but with a healthy twist. For example my Bolognese is made from lean fresh Irish beef and has five vegetables hidden inside the sauce.”
