Imaginative Cuisine has created a range of balsamic reductions and garnishing oils.
Balsamico is produced from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes, reduced and fermented in oak, juniper and cherry barrels and blended with traditional well-aged balsamic vinegar. It is available in six flavours: Fig, Cherry, Chilli, Garlic, Vanilla and Original.
The garnishing oils are this year’s winner of the Coup de Coeur and aim to provide an alternative to the more traditional olive and infused oils. The oils come in five flavours: Roquette, Lemon, Basil, Chilli and Watercress and come in a plastic bottle with a dispensing plug for greater control.
