Unilever Foodsolutions has launched the Salad Obsessions promotion with its Hellmann’s brand.
It aims to help operators maximise their salad offering and profit potential.
The promotion offers operators two kits containing the tools to create an eye-catching and easy to use salad bar, as well as being useful for operators serving pre-prepared salads.
The first kit contains merchandise for the front of house salad bar including banners and a Salad of the Day flip chart. The second kit contains two posters and a back of house manual with information and advice.
