Glendale Foods is introducing new varieties to its range of savoury puddings.
Peppered Steak, Chicken amp; Ham and Liver, Bacon amp; Onion varieties will join the existing range, which includes Steak amp; Kidney, Lamb amp; Mint, Chicken amp; Leek and Steak, Ale amp; Mushroom, as well as Spinach amp; Mozzarella and Mediterranean Vegetable.
According to Glendale Foods, warming, comfort foods are perennially popular with hotel, restaurant, pub, café and canteen customers during the chilly and rainy season, and high on the agenda should be traditional baked suet puddings.
The puddings are available in 8x370g catering packs and come ready-to-reheat-and-serve.
Glendale Foods also has sweet puddings, which are available in 12s and come in individual 200g servings.
