Whilst Arthur Potts-Dawson, chef and founder of The People’s Supermarket, will be providing further insight at ‘2020 Vision: The Future of Food amp; Drink’, and at Come Dine Regionally focus will be on designing creative menus using local produce, with advice on sourcing, traceability and waste management.
