Flakes designed to provide both quality and operational benefits

Nestl eacute; Professional has introduced Chef Jus en flocons (flakes) to its Chef range.

The ‘flake’ shape of the product aims to offer both premium end quality and operational benefits for chefs. It is designed to dissolve quicker and better than powder while enabling increased creativity.

Every flake contains 100% of the original ingredients present in the stock, so whatever quantity is used the total flavours and aromas are released. The product allows chefs to prepare flavoured biscuits, meat crusts, panes, jellies and marinades.

The Chef Flakes are available in veal, beef, lamb, chicken, duck and pork.
