Essential Cuisine has added three new flavours to its powered stock mixes.
The Light Vegetable, Roast Chicken and Cheese flavours will join the other stocks, which include Vegetable, Chicken, Beef, Fish, Lamb, Ham, Turkey and Mushroom.
Nigel Crane, managing director of Essential Cuisine, said: “As with all of our stock mixes, the idea is to give chefs ready-made stocks that actually mirror the quality of their own creations.
“They can be tweaked to suit, have a clean taste, are not over seasoned and are incredibly easy to use. They have not been developed by a technical team with the manufacturing process in mind. The Essential approach is a chef’s approach, striving to produce a stock as close to kitchen-made as possible.”
