Pritchitts has been awarded Craft Guild of Chefs Product Endorsement for its Millac Gold and Roselle Supreme.
Millac Gold can be used to create sweet and savoury dishes. It is designed not to split when used in cooking and reduces just like dairy cream.
Roselle Supreme is a slightly sweetened cream alternative for dessert, with a blend of skimmed milk and vegetable oil. It aims to offer a luxurious and premium quality finish for decorating, whipping and pouring.
