Duck specialist Cherry Valley has re-launched its signature Boneless Roast Duck.
In store now the original Boneless Roast Duck is seasoned with herbs and spices and roasted in a traditional Chinese oven to create, what Cherry Valley calls ‘a genuine Oriental product’.
Aimed at wholesalers, restaurants and takeaways, the ducks are bred to be lower in fat, providing more meat per portion so offering a bigger profit opportunity. Each Cherry Valley Boneless Roast Duck is fully deboned and each 625g pack is made up of two duck halves.
The launch will be supported by a targeted marketing campaign including TV and print advertising, as well as public relations and in-store sampling running until November 23.
