The Farm Shop amp; Deli showcase offers visitors to 2012’s Food amp; Drink Expo a cross section of interesting speciality food and drink suppliers, producers and distributors including Shaw Meats Ltd, Burbush’s of Penrith, Fratelli Camisa, Breckland Orchard and Salcombe Dairy.
In keeping with the trend for fresh, locally sourced products, Come Dine Regionally will be staged daily at The Brainfood Factory. Sessions will be hosted by selected regional and country food groups with emphasis being on designing creative menus using local produce, whilst sharing best practice advice on sourcing, traceability and waste management.
Panel Debates will focus on The Health of the Nation and The Future of Food amp; Drink with some of the industry’s best-known experts and category analysts providing further insight into foodservice and retail.
