Diageo is involved in two major launches. This month it is introducing Classic Mix and next month it will unveil Quinn’s.
Classic Mix is a range of spirit-based drinks, pre-mixed for easy enjoyment at home. The range includes: Gordon’s gin and Schweppes tonic; Smirnoff vodka, lime and Schweppes soda; and Morgan’s Spiced rum drink and cola. It comes in a 70cl bottle, has an ABV of 8%, and RRP is pound;4.99.
Quinn’s is a fruit drink where everything, including the alcohol, is made from 100% fruit.
Stephen White, innovation marketing manager for Diageo, commented: “Quinn’s is a category-breaking innovation and the fruit ferment concept will revolutionise the 5pm to 8pm drinks occasion.”
Quinn’s has an ABV of 4% and comes in three flavours, mango and passion fruit, raspberry and blueberry and orange and tropical fruits.
It will be available in a 250ml bottle with an RRP of pound;1.50 and a four-pack at an RRP of pound;5.79.
