Walkers relaunches Sensations with pound;2.5m media campaign

Walkers has relaunched its luxury snacks brand, Sensations. New seasoning, packaging and advertising will be introduced across the whole of the Walkers Sensations range. The flavours in the crisp range include: Gently Infused Lime Thai Spices, Slow Roasted Lamb Moroccan Spices and Simply Sea Salt. Lime Coriander Chutney poppadoms and Japanese Beef Teriyaki crackers are also being introduced.

A pound;2.5m media campaign, including a new TV advert, will focus on the real ingredients and seasoning. The packaging has been redesigned with a white background to give further attention to the ingredients of the crisps. The crackers and poppadoms have been given their own separate colours and looks.

PepsiCo trade marketing manager Cara Beeby commented: “The new emphasis on real ingredients and authentic seasonings looks set to make them even more appealing to consumers.”
