Young’s has expanded its cold water prawn offering for caterers with the introduction of a single frozen prawn product.
Caught in the cold waters of Greenland, Young’s new Luxury Greenland Prawns use cooked and peeled cold water prawns, individually frozen, to provide a premium quality product.
Peter Milsted, director of Young’s Foodservice said: “The single freezing process means that caterers are guaranteed prawns that are deliciously succulent, tasty and pink in colour every time. We are looking forward to achieving success in the single frozen prawn market.”
