Coca-Cola Great Britain is launching a multi-million pound marketing campaign for Schweppes, with a number of new products and innovations designed to firmly establish the brand. A TV and cinema advertising campaign will start in August with the line ‘Sch… You Know How.’
Schweppes is introducing two new tonic flavours to the range, pomegranate and juniper tonics. The new flavours can be drunk on their own as well as with spirits.
It has also launched a limited edition seasonal lemonade Schweppes’ Summer Punch Lemonade.
In addition it has introduced a one litre proprietary bottle with a cap designed to act as a spirit measure.
The brand’s Russchian aromatic mixer will be launched in a one litre bottle in August and a 200ml bottle will be launched in the on trade sector.
Cathryn Sleight, marketing director Coca-Cola GB, said: “It is our aim in 2006 to consolidate Schweppes’ mixers sector leadership and at the same time broaden its presence in everyday adult refreshment.”
