R R Ice Cream is investing pound;1m behind its ice lobby brand, Fab, this year.
Following the success of the Fab Tour in 2007 across England, R R has planned greater spread of events across the country.
The tour will spend a number of days in locations across both England and Scotland, visiting zoos, safaris and theme parks.
R R will also be re-running its Design a Fab Den competition. The entrants will be encouraged to use recycled materials in their design and the three winners will have their own dream indoor/outdoor den recreated by R R. An interactive website [http://www.myfabland.com] has been developed and gives parents details of the Fab Tour and templates for the Fab Den entries.
James Beaumont, brand manager of Fab, said: “We wanted to build on the success of last year and create a bigger and better campaign ensuring that Fab is seen as and remains a permissible treat for the whole family.”
