Fox’s Confectionery has relaunched its long established Poppets brand.
It is spending pound;2m on a trade and consumer campaign that will include radio promotions and adverts, consumer press advertising, outdoor posters and billboards, plus a comprehensive PR programme and a nationwide sampling campaign.
The range includes toffee, mint, orange and raisin flavours with an RRP of 35p.
Fox’s Confectionery marketing manager Tracey Mattock said: “Consumer research shows that the Poppets brand has an impressive prompted recall of 78%, much higher than most confectionery brands, and is loved by consumers of all ages and we wanted to capitalise on this.”
