Nestl eacute; aims to help with mixed outer

Nestl eacute; Rowntree is launching a seasonal “best sellers” outer, designed to help small stores offer a range of confectionery for the minimum outlay.

The Spring Best Sellers Outer, which is available from this month, contains a range of Nestl eacute; Rowntree’s products at a wholesale price of pound;33.99. This reduces the initial cost outlay for retailers, as they do not have to buy full outers of each product (which would cost pound;182.67), and with a retail stock value of pound;52.88 offers strong profit potential.

The outer contains a blend of Easter eggs and boxed chocolates

“With the confectionery gifting market worth a massive 14% of independent retailers’ annual confectionery sales, it is a key area for them to capitalise upon,” says Graham Walker, Nestl eacute; Rowntree sales communications manager.
