Kraft has unveiled plans for Christmas which include a £2m TV advertising campaign for its Terry’s Chocolate Orange, and smaller case sizes on other products to make them more attractive to independents.
The TV advertising campaign will begin in September and will feature Dawn French. Also for Christmas 2005 Kraft is launching a chocolate mint variant of the Chocolate Orange.
Toblerone will benefit from Christmas themed packaging and independents will be able to obtain a refillable display unit holding Toblerones.
Terry’s All Gold will be repackaged and the pack size for the 225g variant will be reduced from 12 to six. The pack size for Terry’s Twilight mint chocolates will also be halved from 20 to 10.
