Nestl eacute; Rowntree has launched a round of activity focused on the KitKat 2 Finger range.
After the excesses of Christmas, it is reassuring consumers that they don’t have to forego the 2 finger bars by highlighting their low calorie count. KitKat 2 Finger Milk, Orange and Mint varieties will highlight the ‘only 107 calories’ message with a silver flash on the front of all packs, KitKat 2 Finger Dark is flashed ‘only 105 calories’ and KitKat 2 Finger White ‘only 111 calories’.
A new TV ad campaign created by Raymond Briggs, the animator behind the classic film ‘The Snowman’ will emphasise the message for KitKat 2 Finger Milk.
“Consumers are increasingly looking for more permissible options for snacks, and in January more than any other month this will be heightened as consumers aim to redress their excesses over Christmas and New Year,” says Graham Walker, Nestl eacute; UK trade communications manager.
New packaging has also been introduced for the KitKat 2 Finger range featuring product photography.
