Haribo has an advertising burst running until the end of the month, designed to increase sales of Maoam.
Maoam will shortly be celebrating the sixth anniversary of its launch into the UK, and sales have grown by more than 10% in both volume and value terms during the past year.
The summer advert burst is part of a pound;2m marketing spend behind Maoam during 2007. This will also be the fourth year of Maoam Dance Mayhem, a freestyling dancing competition for under 18s.
Per Hen eacute;rius, managing director of Haribo Dunhills, said: “Maoam is proving to be a star performer – sales of Maoan Stripes have grown by 6% in the last year.”
