Gallaher has extended its Silk Cut range with the launch of Silk Cut Menthol. It launched nationally on December 1, and will initially be available in a limited edition design.
Gareth Jackson, brand director of Silk Cut, said one in every 15 cigarettes smoked in the UK was menthol and the segment now had a 6.7% share of the market, an increase of 39% since 2001. Responding to this growing trend, the launch of Silk Cut Menthol was a natural progression.
