Ferrero has launched Bueno White, a white chocolate version of Bueno.
Bueno White is crispy wafer and creamy hazelnut combined with white chocolate coating and milk chocolate frosting. The bar is targeted at 20-something women and aims to communicate the lighter side of Bueno.
Craig Barker, sales director of Ferrero, said: “When classic Bueno was launched back in 2001, the response to this unique product was huge. Bueno remains a top ten countline and is still growing strongly. With this level of support that Bueno White will receive we are confident that we can build on this and achieve similar success. Innovation is a key driver in the confectionery market – Bueno White provides innovation on an already winning proposition.”
The launch will be supported by a pound;4m integrated campaign with TV, press advertising, consumer sampling, PR and online and digital marketing.
