Danone Waters has announced the launch of its Volvic one litre for ten litre campaign in partnership with international relief and development charity World Vision.
For every one litre of Volvic sold in the UK, Danone Waters and World Vision will generate 10 litres of clean and safe drinking water in communities across Africa though the provision of mechanised wells.
The activity will be available on over 70 million specially branded packs of Volvic Plain and Volvic Touch of Fruit from the end of February to September and supported with a pound;3m marketing campaign.
Patrick Kalotis, marketing director of Danone Waters, said: “Being a company that is passionate about water, we feel very strongly about the fact that some people in the world do not have access to the daily water they need.
“Volvic 1-for-10 is an exciting new programme for the UK and we’re expecting UK consumers to get behind Volvic and World Vision and support it.”
