Cadbury Trebor Bassett is supporting this years launch of Cadbury Creme Egg with a pound;5m marketing campaign that includes outdoor and TV advertising, PR and a digital campaign.
The first phase of the campaign started this month with the launch of an outdoor campaign showing giant Cadbury Creme Eggs crash-landing on earth.
This will be followed by new Coronation Street advertising which will reinforce the message that the Cadbury Creme Egg is back. The ‘My Way’ TV advert will also return this year to encourage consumers to ‘Eat Creme Egg their way’.
Mike Tipping, Cadbury Trebor Bassett’s head of customer relations, said: “No other filled egg looks like it, tastes like it, or delivers the huge profit opportunity that Cadbury Creme Egg does. It remains the nation’s favourite with a 78% share of the market.”
