Bernard Matthews Food Service has launched a new and bigger version of its children’s product, the Turkey Twizzler.
The new Turkey Twizzler uses a reduced salt and reduced fat recipe, and has been developed as part of Bernard Matthews Food Service’s programme to reduce fat and salt levels in its children’s products.
The new 60gm portion size is 20% larger than the original version, but the new recipe, with 7g of fat and 370mg of sodium per 100g, ensures Twizzlers are in line with nutritional guidelines for school menus.
Turkey Twizzlers are packed 60 x 60gm portions per case (3.6kg).
