Britvic Soft Drinks has introduced a new flavour to its J2O range.
The Apple Blueberry flavour is available on-premise this month and will be going out to take-home in April.
The launch is designed to strengthen J2O’s position by broadening the brand’s appeal to consumers and generating excitement in the category. Apple Blueberry will replace Orange Cranberry.
Andrew Richards, sales director of Britvic, said: “Premium soft drinks have grown significantly over the last few years, driven by consumers’ increasing desire for high quality, great tasting choices. Fifty three per cent of people will pay more for a quality drink and enjoyment as a drive of purchase.
“Flavours are just like anything else in that they follow trends and fashions. Ranges need to continue developing and evolving to meet consumer demands.”
