Energizer has introduced a new look and positioning for its range.
The new packaging is designed to make its batteries more appealing to today’s high-tech families and help fuel growth in the market.
The range includes Energizer Ultra+, Energizer Ultimate and Energizer Ultimate Lithium.
According to Energizer, the use of high-drain and high-tech devices such as MP3 players and digital cameras continues to grow and this trend is set to build and build. However, there is still a huge demand for more traditional battery powered devices such as clocks, smoke alarms and remote controls.
Sarah Richardson, marketing manager of Energizer, said: “Selling the right batteries to power a range of devices is critical to meeting consumer needs and growing your profits. To help consumers clearly differentiate between our batteries we have split the range into Everyday and Premium and introduced new modern pack designs. This has made it easier for consumers to identify the right batteries for their devices and this in turn will help drive sales in-store.”
