Women in Wholesale (WiW) has announced the mentors for its first-ever Speed Mentoring and Networking event, taking place on April 26 in London.
WiW founder and organiser, Elit Rowland, said: “We’re delighted to be working with inspiring male and female leaders who will be delivering ‘speed mentoring’ sessions for our attendees. It will be a fantastic, fast-paced day!”
The mentors will be sharing practical advice and career boosting tips. Topics include: career progression, confidence, how to lead and motivate teams and how to better support women in the workplace.
Mentors taking part include Country Range MD Coral Rose; Laura McKechnie of Coca-Cola Europe; Bestway head of Learning & Development Caroline Moloney; Parfetts’ joint MD, Greg Susczenia; Tom Fener, MD of e-learning specialist Bolt; and Clare Bocking of consultancy Tulip.
WiW has also partnered with researcher HIM to launch an actionable report on the day around How to Market Wholesale Jobs to Women.
Job-design agency Timewise will also be unveiling the results of its flexible working pilot, which was commissioned by FWD.
