Westons’ Stowford Press cider brand has become an Official Shirt Sponsor for Gloucester Rugby, which builds on the success of its partnership as the Official Cider of Gloucester Rugby.
Under the new agreement the Stowford Press logo will now feature on both home and away kits, with “Press on Gloucester” appearing on the European and Academy kits. The upweighted sponsorship aims to drive brand visibility amongst fans and national TV viewers, via BT Sport and Sky Sports.
The shirt sponsorship forms part of a £2.5m investment into the brand this year and follows the unveiling of the brand’s Effortlessly Refreshing campaign in June, which aims to reinforce the premium position of the brand while also highlighting its British heritage.
