The behind the scenes integration means registered customers can view live stock holdings and latest available products, useful for retailers forward planning. The refreshed design is also helping Benross display seasonal promotional activity and exclusive online special offers, latest products, video attract new trade customers to register for a trade account
Robert Williams, MD for Williams Commerce, B2B ecommerce specialist, behind the revamp added: “Ecommerce is playing an increasingly important role for wholesalers. The ability to offer retailer’s choice in the way they order and interact with a business is vital. The modern day B2B website should offer existing customers a user friendly self-service experience, whilst attracting and persuading potential new customers to register for a trade account. These e-commerce websites should easily be your highest performing salesperson.”
