Triple focus reflects group membership

Andrew Thewlis, finance director and company secretary at Landmark Wholesale, will present a paper on progress since its change of name in October – and how its new focus is working.

The group’s strategy remains the same – a fine focus on customers’ needs in the new three-prong categories of retail, catering and foodservice.

Managing director Martin Williams said that the time had come for the group to reflect more closely the ways in which its wholesalers carried on their Features > Business, hence the change of name from Landmark Cash and Carry.

Landmark now talks to suppliers on a three-sector basis, reflecting the way the wholesale industry has developed over recent decades.
