Specialist turns to tech to max business potential

London-based drinks and tobacco wholesaler HT amp; Co Drinks has brought in software specialist Sanderson to supply new tech to drive everything from warehouse picking to business intelligence.

Sanderson is installing voice-order picking, business intelligence, mobile customer relationship management (CRM) and web ordering software to generate greater efficiencies, increase sales and deliver improved customer service.

While the voice order picking will allow HT amp; Co to increase staff productivity and reduced picking errors, its mobile CRM will allow sales representatives 24-hour access to the wholesaler’s systems meaning they can create quotes, process sales and orders and view essential information while on the move.

Web ordering gives the wholesaler an additional sales channel allowing customer to place 24-hour orders, track and order’s progress and view promotional offers.
