Six independent retailers will take the stage to present papers on ‘My Shop And My Customers’. ‘It’s the consumer, stupid’ is the theme for the event which takes place at a new venue, the Cotswold Water Park Four Pillars Hotel, Gloucestershire, on June 22-23.
Presented by the FWD the conference recognises the trading pressures on the sector by turning the spotlight onto understanding the needs of the shoppers using local stores.
