Key Lekkerland has appointed Hugh Graham to the new role of national account controller to expand the national contracts handled by the group.
He has joined the head office of Key Lekkerland in Rugby from the group’s south-west England member, T A Symonds.
Graham spent four years at T A Symonds as sales controller responsible for regional contracts and the co-ordination of national contracts. He was also part of the Symonds’ team focused on developing the KeyStore convenience chain in the south west.
Prior to Symonds he was business sector controller at Coca-Cola Enterprises. He joined Coca-Cola in 1998 and spent four years in its delivered wholesale division.
Graham began his career at Kelloggs in 1981, and in 1984 he moved to SC Johnson where he spent 12 years in various sales, customer and business management roles. In 1996 he became national accounts controller at Littlewoods Leisure before joining Coca-Cola.
“Hugh will focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding the volume and value of contracts serviced by our wholesalers,” said commercial director John Liptrot. “Hugh understands the sector extremely well and, of course, knows the Key Lekkerland business inside out having spent the last four years at Symonds.”
Graham said: “I am delighted to be joining the Rugby team. Key Lekkerland enjoyed strong growth last year and we are well positioned to build on this again in 2006, and I am looking forward to playing a significant part in these plans.”
