Mars Chocolate adds to Galaxy Duet family and launches new TV campaign

Mars Chocolate UK is adding a new combination to its Galaxy Duet range – Toffee & Popcorn. The new single bar has an RRP of £0.60, and will be supporting the launch with a dedicated TV push, with a media spend of £600,000; this will see the popular Moon River advert – featuring music artists, Chanele and Bxnjamin – return to UK TV screens for four weeks.

The new product will also have a strong presence across social media and digital platforms thanks to a dedicated online launch.

Galaxy Duet Toffee & Popcorn brings together two flavours that consumers can enjoy separately, or combine, and comprises two fingers of Glaxy chocolate – one filled with a smooth toffee sauce, the other featuring a combination of crunchy, salted toffee and popcorn pieces.

To bring the new product to life in store, retailers will be able to choose from a comprehensive range of PoS and display solutions, including pre-filled units and front of store display.
