Erudus, the foodservice technology platform used by Fairway Foodservice among others, is delighted to welcome new members Landmark Wholesale Group to the platform.
Les Mohammed, trading controller at Landmark, said: “Our decision comes after due consideration and from recognising the significant benefit for everyone by supporting a single, central industry datapool which is available to all: suppliers, wholesalers and operators.
“We know many of our supplier-partners already use Erudus and will welcome this news”

The Landmark group, comprising of 38 wholesalers in the UK, has joined Erudus and further supports the way the food industry shares data.
